Our reference projects
Heilbronn – Urbanus apartment building
The former Hotel Urbanus was leased by home2stay GmbH and successfully transformed from an outdated inn into a modern self-check-in apartment building. As part of a comprehensive revitalization, the property was fully renovated. In addition, modern kitchenette units were integrated, selected floor plans optimized, and attractive communal areas created.
A special added value was created by reactivating the restaurant space that had been vacant for years. After successful repositioning, it was leased to an established operator from the region and now enriches both the building and the surrounding neighborhood.
In total, 32 apartments were created, along with spacious communal areas and a full-service restaurant with an event room and outdoor terrace.
Steiners Hotel Stuttgart
The former Andrea guesthouse was acquired by home2stay GmbH and underwent extensive structural and technical modernization. All bathrooms were renewed, the entire electrical system replaced, and the attic additionally expanded. In addition, the entire property was equipped with a modern smart access system that enables efficient self-check-in operations.
Unlike other projects, this property continues to be operated as a bed-and-breakfast hotel. The restaurant areas on the basement and ground floors were leased, after a complete renovation, to an experienced restaurateur couple who run the food service operation independently.
The result is 14 high-quality hotel rooms as well as a full-service restaurant with bar operation, an event vaulted cellar, and an outdoor terrace.
Home2stay apartment building Hanau
The apartment building in the Lamboyer Höfe in Hanau originally served as a barracks complex and, after extensive renovation by the owner, was initially used to accommodate the owner’s own staff. After the project was completed, the owner decided to place the operational management of the apartment building in professional hands.
home2stay GmbH took over the property, further expanding its existing presence in Hanau. After a detailed inventory assessment, complete refurnishing, and installation of the company’s own technical infrastructure, operations were successfully launched.
Today, the property comprises 12 spacious, fully equipped apartments.
Home2stay apartment building Deggendorf
On the recommendation of an existing owner, home2stay GmbH was offered the former Pension Dietrich in Deggendorf-Mietraching. The property had been family-run for many years, and the owners also wanted a long-term, sustainable, and personal operating model going forward.
As part of a comprehensive renovation and targeted floor plan optimizations, the house was repositioned by home2stay GmbH. Particular focus was placed on accommodating individual owner requests, which were flexibly integrated during the ongoing renovation.
The result is 8 high-quality apartments ranging from 30 to 120 m², preserving the character of the house while meeting modern living and accommodation standards.
